Franchise / Affiliation Related Terms

On Joining our any of Business Model, You will be entitled to run your Stan kids Pre School , only for : Play way , KG -1 , KG -2 in any location of India .

•   Stan kids pre –school offers a highly profitable five options of business model as franchise partner  first four options and fifty option is only affiliation .
•  This Business Model is for Pan India level . Stan kids branch can be established in any state, district , city or rural area.
• No other  Stan kids pre school will  established in your area  with in  3 km of range .
•    A S Educational & Social Welfare Foundation  has all right of stan kids brand and franchise model rights.
•   To open your Stan kids pre school , you will send a draft for Rupees fifty Thousand only (  Paper of Rupees  10/-) attested by the Notary / Gazetted officer.
•  In case application is sent by a registered organization, attested copies of rules and regulations, be enclosed with the Application Form.
•  Along with Application, attested copy of I-Card and residence proof should also be enclosed with.
•  On the Completion of  registration process  or agreement , you will send remaining fees draft .
•  After receiving  the amount we shall start our working to set up our branch .
•     Every Student  admitted in your branch of Stan kids pre- school will be registered with the Head office. You will send Rupees one thousand five hundred (1500/- per student per year as registration fees through a draft in favour of  A S EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION , PAYABLE AT  AT DELHI.  In lieu of registration, the student will get a Registration kit consisting of I-Card , Diary, Progress  Report  Card  with Photo and Name Printed on it and Birthday Card ; Completely free of cost. The school organizer will not charge any amount from the student for the same .
•   Students obtaining First, Second, Third Positions in your branch of Stan kids , will be issued Honors,   free of cost  by us every year .
• All our School branches are free to decide their own registration fees, admission fee and tuition fee and other fee to be taken from the students in option E ( only affiliation not franchisee model ). They can do so as per their location and convenience. There will be no fee sharing by us in this model E . All these fees will belong to you only in model E ( no franchisee model). In other models   (  A to D) all fees structure will be decided by head office with consultation with franchisee partner and  based on other factors also location , area , paying capacity , competition etc.
•   For Uniform kits   The  Franchisee owner or school organizer in case of affiliation only  will send us  a list of the students specifying class & age of students & size of the uniform as per their requirement  on time .
•  You are getting this business for whole life,  as per business model option , provided your branch works sincerely and properly abiding by the rules & regulations .After every three years , renewals will be done as per rules & regulation . if any thing found derogatory to the prestige of Stan kids  pre –school , you will lose the right to run the branch of  Stan- kids with immediate effect.
•  You can not transfer or sell the center to any one..
•  Salary of the teachers and all other expenses will be paid by the centre franchisee or centre organizer.
•  I-Cards and Enrolment Numbers  will be issued only after receiving the students registration fees.
• It is obligatory on the part of the Franchisee owner / centre organizer to comply with the directions / Instructions /orders issued from time to time by the Authorized designated officer of  Stan kids .
• Caring , Looking after and Security responsibility of students studying at your centre will be completely with the franchisee owner /center organizer in case of affiliation  only. In this regard, we have no responsibility at all, what so ever.
•   We have our own website. You can see your franchisee no  or affiliation no in case no franchisee at our website any time . We believe in transparency . You can send online order for any required material .
• In case of  Non Franchise model  only affiliation , if you want to design your school you may do so in respect  of furniture and other equipments of your own choice .No compulsion from our side . We  shall provide you with list of manufactures, importers and suppliers for your convenience .Even then, it is up to you to decided of your own choice .
• It is duty & responsibility of  Head office to provide student kit, Uniform kit and registration kit on time as per demand of branch on  advance payment  on these items .
•  Rules and Regulations are subjected to change in circumstances.
• In  case of any dispute the decision of the Stan kids authorized or designed officer/ committee  for the same will be binding on both parties  For any litigation , judicial region will be Delhi only .
